Course Materials

A full length practice SAT test to take prior to the course: This will allow you to understand the format and structure of the test, so that you have experienced taking a test before learning the strategies and techniques during the course.
Kaplan SAT Course Book: This covers the key skills and strategies that you will go through during your course, so that you can put these into practice on the real test.
Kaplan's Purple Book of Practice SATs: Offers you an additional 3 full-length practice tests. You’ll also receive the answers and explanations for each of these tests so that you can judge your performance.

About the SAT

The SAT is an Admissions Test required for entry to a University or College in the U.S. It is a required test for all applicants, whether a student in the U.S. or an international applicant.

SAT scores are considered alongside the rest of your application, but students should be aware that top schools require top scores!

In addition to the SAT reasoning test, students should be aware that many schools also require SAT Subject Tests. Unlike the SAT Reasoning test which is an aptitude test, the subject tests assess a student’s ability in specific subjects. There are a number of options for students to choose from, but please check with the schools that you are thinking of applying to, as they may require you to take specific tests.
